System Ceramics in Brazil for EXPO REVESTIR 2022

System Ceramics will be among the companies participating in Expo Revestir 2022, the largest coverings and finish solutions trade fair in Latin America. It has confirmed its presence live at the event at the Transamerica Expo Center in San Paolo, presenting Made in Italy ceramic technology on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.

This year Expo Revestir celebrates its 20th year with a hybrid edition that will combine physical presence and digital participation from 8 to 11 March. The “live” version, aimed at all those involved in the construction production chain, will mark the return to face-to-face meetings and the reconnection between business and networking.

For professionals who are not able to take physical part in the event, and for students, Expo Revestir has developed a totally digital version of the trade fair: the online event will offer participants news, communications and the international Forum of Architecture, Design and Constructions (FIAC), thanks to the contribution of speakers from all over the world and to exclusive contents provided by partners of the event.

System Ceramics will have an area of around 70 sq.m. at Stand 2071 where, in full compliance with the security measures imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, it will be ready to welcome and offer a personalized consultancy service to all visitors.

The focus will be on the principal technologies of the company part of the Coesia Group, leader in the development of industrial process systems, starting with the hugely successful Superfast, the moldless press with zero waste, which has won over top producers in the ceramic sector for its quality, performance and eco-sustainability. Visitors to the Brazilian event will be able to personally witness the effectiveness of this technological innovation thanks to the display of a number of ceramic pieces produced on site and two 1600x3200 slabs, with different finishes.

Another jewel in System Ceramics’ crown will accompany Superfast: Creadigit Infinity, the digital printer with an extraordinary computing power supported by the exceptional CoreXpress platform developed by System Electronics, the processing unit – one for each bar – that controls all the operations. System Ceramics digital decoration is, moreover, assisted by Qualitron, the vision system for detecting the tone of the ceramic surface which, thanks to the sophisticated lighting set-up, captures the image with an accurate network of latest-generation video cameras, identifying any structure, graphic or tone defects.

Multigecko, finally, can be considered as an authentic end-of-line innovation: a sorting device able to manage materials with different thicknesses and formats, from the smallest to the largest.
