Creadigit Infinity: raising the standard for digital ceramic decoration
System Ceramics designed Creadigit Infinity to provide ceramic manufacturers with a reliable, high-performance digital printing solution capable of meeting today’s production expectations. Its modular architecture and proprietary electronics ensure consistent output and superior aesthetic results. As part of an integrated ecosystem that includes Creavision e-View and Genya, Creadigit Infinity delivers precision, coordination and continuity across the entire process, with these qualities further strengthened by the seamless interaction between all components.
Versatile ceramic tile printing machine
Creadigit Infinity represents a key step forward in digital ceramic decoration. Its modular architecture, with configurations up to 12 colors and different printhead models, gives manufacturers the flexibility to manage a wide range of formats and effects. An improved ink recirculation system guarantees high, stable discharges even on large slabs, making it possible to reproduce extremely fine details and achieve previously unattainable aesthetic impact.
At the center of this ceramic tile printing machine lies CoreXpress, the proprietary hardware platform developed by System Electronics business unit. CoreXpress delivers the computing power and process control required to handle complex graphic files, synchronize multiple operations and perform real-time adjustments, without limiting productivity. The machine can manage different graphics simultaneously with the same configuration, supporting on-demand orders and helping producers reduce inventories while maintaining high aesthetic standards.
The Power Digit module complements this foundation. Built on latest-generation electronic components and fully developed in-house, it enables upgrades and enhancements over time and supports multi-bar management. This approach reduces dependence on external electronics and third-party components, giving customers a more controllable platform that can evolve consistently with their production strategies.
Intelligent softwares for real-time quality control
Creadigit Infinity’s performance is reinforced by two core capabilities: the Live Image Processor (LIP) and real-time nozzle correction.
With LIP, the operator can adjust the print tone directly on the machine through the 21-inch Copilot Wide HD screen, without stopping production. This real-time supervision reduces the time and effort needed for fine-tuning and ensures that the final result reflects the desired shade and visual impact.
At the same time, Creadigit Infinity intervenes automatically in the event of missing or deviated nozzles, correcting them via software. This prevents typical digital decoration flaws (such as lines, smudges, and blurs) and secures maximum yield on all types of surfaces, including three-dimensional ones. Together, these functions transform printing from a reactive activity into a controlled and continuously optimized process.
Creavision e-View: vision and self-regulation for precise alignment
Creavision e-View pushes print accuracy to an even higher level. Installed at the entrance of the digital printer, the vision and self-regulation system detects the exact position and angle of each tile on the belt and dynamically adjusts the graphic by roto-translation, without the need for mechanical alignment guides.
Thanks to fast data transmission ensured by CoreXpress, Creavision e-View communicates in real time how to rotate and reposition the image based on each incoming piece. The benefits are twofold:
- time and ink savings, with cleaner belts and fewer smudges
- higher product quality, with reduced edging defects and more precise alignment between image and substrate
Genya and the Smart Factory: from isolated machines to connected lines
In a competitive environment where connectivity and integrated processes are essential, synchronizing glazing, decoration and subsequent stages becomes a strategic lever for more efficient and predictable production. Built around Smart Factory principles, Genya, System Ceramics’ glazing line management system, is designed to address exactly this need.
Composed of proprietary software and hardware, Genya tracks each piece along the synchronized section of the glazing line and loads the relevant graphics into the printer’s queue at the right moment. Through MMC (Multiple Machine Composer), operators can define, from a single Copilot, the sequence of applications to be performed on the tile (glaze, inks, effects) without having to reconfigure each machine individually. Remote assistance can be activated across the Genya line, further strengthening reliability.
By transforming separate machines into a coordinated system, Genya brings the Smart Factory paradigm into ceramic production: interconnected, synchronized and centrally managed. It expands Creadigit Infinity’s functionalities and centralizes control over multiple operations, supporting higher operational consistency and better use of line resources.
An integrated, in-house ecosystem for long-term competitiveness
The combination of Creadigit Infinity, Creavision e-View and Genya gives manufacturers a fully integrated workflow: from digital printing to vision control and line synchronization. Advanced in-house electronics, real-time vision correction and smart line management jointly address key industry challenges (limited communication between machines, alignment errors, nozzle deviations and dependence on external components), while supporting superior performance and productivity.
Backed by decades of experience in digital decoration and a recognized role as a technology pioneer, System Ceramics offers not just individual machines, but a reliable and future-oriented partnership.
