System Ceramics was founded in 1970. The core business is the design of automations for the ceramic industry which have, on more than one occasion, revolutionized production processes with a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates precision mechanics, electronics, IT, physics and chemistry.
System Ceramics has been able to exploit growth opportunities thanks to investments in human capital and market research. Know-how is heavily influenced by an innovative spirit that has taken the company into an international dimension.
System-developed automation is strictly “Made in Italy” and inspired by clear principles: internationalization, production flexibility, an increasingly eco-sustainable production chain and cutting-edge technology.

A perfect combination between training and professional experience in the company: a unique experience in which, besides the technical and multi-disciplinary training that we normally dedicate to every new member of staff, we offer authentic inter-departmental job-rotation programs. The objective is to develop a profound knowledge of the dynamics and processes that impact on particularly multi-disciplinary roles, characterized by continuous interfacing with other company departments.
