Dear Customers and Partners,

Given the situation worldwide, in compliance with the measures approved by the Italian Council of Ministers regarding the containment and managing of the COVID-2019 epidemiological emergency, at System Ceramics we have immediately applied all the safety regulations prescribed by the Legislative Decree of March 8th 2020 in order to safeguard as far as possible the health of our Employees, Partners and Suppliers. People’s health is our main priority. 

In addition, in order to tackle the situation responsibly and actively, we have implemented measures for the carrying out of activities remotely, thanks to the smart-working program, safeguarding a production system which makes our territory a model of excellence at international level. The precautionary measures have been adopted both in Italian sites and in the foreign subsidiaries.

We can confirm that our production will continue without interruption and that goods arriving at, and departing from System Ceramics will not be subject to any limit of movement. Thanks to our foreign branches around the world and our highly professional staff, we will be able to assist and support globally all our Customers and Partners when it comes to new equipment, spare parts, technical assistance, and overall world business continuity.

We will face this challenge with commitment, dedication and with the passion that has always characterized us, so as to continue to develop unique processes in the world, which we have had the honour of sharing with our Customers and Partners for the last 50 years. A heartfelt thank-you goes to all of them who, in this difficult moment, continue to show us maximum loyalty, offering us precious support. 

Currently, Italy is experiencing a tough challenge. We have doubts about future and we are wondering what tomorrow will bring.

Yet, this is the time to stay united and act with great responsibility with the consciousness that we will be facing these circumstances getting stronger than ever before, as we did in the past, recalling to our core values and beliefs as a Nation. We must look to the future with confidence and we must believe in our ability to stand up again and move forward.
