Quality control device for ceramic products
Planar is a tool for detecting curve defects in ceramic tiles.
The device consists of a data acquisition unit that detects flatness defects and a processing unit that assigns the tile to a certain class.
Planar is a very precise piece of equipment: the reading of the tile occurs, in fact, with a series of optical sensors (5 or 9 depending on the size of the analyzed object), without any contact with the surface.
The analysis of different points of the tile leads to the creation of a matrix, and, therefore, to a comparison of parameters to decide how to classify the tile.
