System Ceramics opens the renovated site in Foshan

A new, larger, more modern site, equipped with the latest digital technologies: System Ceramics has renovated its branch in Foshan in China, choosing a location more suitable for the growth and innovation that have characterized it, while remaining in the district of Foshan. This is a strategic location, where the major Chinese ceramic businesses are based and which System Ceramics China has been serving since 2004, offering a timely and effective assistance, attuned to the needs and evolution of the customers in the area.

The new site, the official opening of which was held on 18 May 2021, offers active employment to over 40 people and covers a surface area of around 1800 sq.m. distributed over three floors. It includes a storage area, organized with vertical warehouses, spare parts for the after-sales service and, most of all, a showroom, where ceramic products and slabs made with the Lamgea and Superfast presses are displayed and which is set-up to house demonstration machines that exhibit the technologies of System Ceramics even more clearly.

Office areas and meeting rooms are welcoming spaces equipped with maxi screens and ultra-fast connections in order to permit a rapid and efficient service in every situation and in every context.
The main reason for the modernization of the Foshan branch, in fact, is to offer an improved assistance to customers, both in terms of spare parts and from a technical and commercial point of view. 2020 was characterized by important growth for the Chinese market, despite the lockdown and the limits imposed by the pandemic. A strong technological renewal has involved the majority of local businesses which have decided to give a significant boost to productivity, in terms of both quantities and quality, seeing the market for slabs of various thicknesses as a new opportunity for development. Hence the need to invest in evolved, modern technologies oriented towards digitalization.

Besides collecting more than 30 installations including Lamgea and the new Superfast, System Ceramics can boast the installation of over 400 Creadigit digital decoration machines, the high-definition printing process that has conquered the ceramic sector throughout the world for its high versatility and for the excellent quality of the graphic rendering. Superfast, Lamgea and Creadigit are a significant confirmation, also in the Chinese market, of the importance of System Ceramics as an international reference in the ceramic field for its technologies that not only guarantee high productive and aesthetic performances, but contribute in a significant manner to optimizing energy consumption.
