Format versatility: the packaging machine ready for any tile size
Tile formats evolve quickly, and packaging needs to keep up. Speedwrap adapts effortlessly to a wide range of sizes, from 300 × 300 mm up to 1200 × 1200 mm, reducing changeover time and removing the need for multiple dedicated systems.
Key features, such as a maximum finished pack height of 80 mm and a tiltable tile stack height of 110 to 240 mm, help manufacturers handle mixed product portfolios without interrupting the flow of production.
Two packaging modes for maximum operational flexibility
One machine, two ways to pack, and the freedom to choose what works best for each product.
- Wrap around mode - Ideal when visual impact matters most. Four independent die-cut warehouses offer full control over graphics, layout and protection.
- Tray mode - A single sheet of cardboard is applied and folded around the tile stack with a dedicated tilting system. This solution is stable, clean and especially effective for larger or more delicate formats.
With both options available, Speedwrap becomes a high-speed packaging machine that adapts to different production strategies, aesthetic preferences and regional market expectations.
Compact design and fast installation for modern production lines
Space efficiency is a growing priority, and Speedwrap is designed to integrate smoothly into existing layouts. With a footprint of 700 cm × 470 cm, it fits easily into compact production areas, and installation is typically completed in one day, keeping downtime to a minimum.
The machine can be configured with six die-cut warehouses or two tray warehouses, depending on operational needs. Protective corners can also be applied during wrapping to help maintain stability during transport and stacking.
