Qualitron is the vision system for detecting the quality of the ceramic surface developed by System Ceramics. Thanks to its sophisticated lighting systems, Qualitron captures the image
with a precise network of latest-generation video cameras and guarantees a detailed check of the design, identifying any structural defects
in the graphics and tone.
Three video cameras, 2 in grayscale and 1 in color, and a LED lighting system are optimized for the latest-generation ceramic products and ensure extreme precision in the identification of anomalies in the tile. Implementable on any ceramic production line, Qualitron can detect decoration defects (tones, bands, or lines from the digital printing, spots, or stains) and structural imperfections on every single piece, such as the erroneous application of the glaze.
The completely integrated Creasync function permits Qualitron to detect if the surface has defects, comparing the graphic image of the tile directly with the source graphic file.
This is an evolution without precedence, leaving no space for classification errors.
