Crealab is an digital printer with ink-jet technology for the application of layers of material (glaze, englobe, glass, etc.) and decoration for ceramics tiles. With Crealab it’s possible to estimate the quantity of ink used for the design.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Printing heads characterized by the recirculation of material at the level of the flat part of the nozzles and multilevel printing
- Double jack to control equal height
- In-head recirculation with centrifuge pumps reduce maintenance
- Single-directional, bi-directional or multipass ink-jet printing on demand
- Highly stable transport; positioning of the head at height and head cleaning bar controlled with a brushless motor
- Conveyor belt washing and cleaning system
WITH CREALAB IT’S POSSIBLE:
- to memorize 500 Gbyte of graphics in the Linux Server PC inside the machine
- to carry out precise thermoregulation of the printing head, of the plate and of the color for every channel
- to estimate the quantity of ink used by the graphics inside the RIP
