Air-flow under control
Fastdry is a horizontal multi-channel drying machine, designed on several levels, with a mechanism for separating the drying levels fitted with air suction and blowing boxes.
The drying phase is as delicate as it is fundamental for obtaining high quality ceramic tiles and slabs in terms of both structure and appearance. This is where the precision and efficiency of Fastdry comes into play: its structure of separate levels makes it possible to regulate and manage the distribution of airflows of each layer and of each single module, so as to ensure unprecedented drying uniformity throughout the tile or slab surface.
Fastdry is a versatile technology, since it makes it possible to process products with different drying times in order to always obtain excellent results. Thanks to the software developed by the System Ceramics engineering team, the management and traceability of the multi-product inside the drying machine are simplified; the regulation of the airflows is controlled and stable, allowing for optimization of consumption management.
Fastdry can be fitted with an additional high-speed rapid output module, which makes it possible to evacuate tiles or slabs faster, thereby ensuring uniform temperature values throughout the length of the materials.
SIMPLIFIED ACCESSIBILITY
Inspections and ordinary cleaning activities are performed rapidly and effectively, thanks to the lateral access to every level.
The entire Fastdry process is integrable with Prime, the software platform for the ceramic factory developed by System Ceramics, which receives production data in real time and permits the optimizationof every process on the line via an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
