System Ceramics at “XV Congreso Internacional del Técnico Cerámico”

“XV Congreso Internacional del Técnico Cerámico”, the training event organized by ATC – Asociacion Espanola Tecnicos Ceramicos, will be taking place on 7 and 8 November at the Fundacion Universitat Jaume I-Empresa in Castellon, in Spain.

The congress aims to provide a broad vision of digital transformation, a theme that is increasingly affecting the ceramics sector. According to ATC, the digital transformation towards the intelligent factory is the major challenge of our times, with the aim of knowing how to adapt and achieve a position of leadership in additive, flexible, real-time production, offering a completely customized product.

Among the numerous addresses over the 2 days will be one given by System Ceramics, examining the theme of 4.0. The talk has the title: “Prime: the digital product designed around your factory”, scheduled to be given in the afternoon session devoted to digital technologies (Thursday 7 November).

Reference will be made to the transformation process of the factory to smart manufacturing with Prime, the software platform developed by System Ceramics which makes it possible to manage entire production sites through an evolved Manufacturing Operations Management system.
