COESIA AND SYSTEM CERAMICS AWARDED AT THE M&A AWARD

At the headquarters of Assolombarda on April 15th, the XV edition of the M&A Award took place. The venue awarded the best M&A operations of 2018. The venue is promoted by KPMG with the collaboration of Fineurop Soditic and Class Editori with the patronage of Bocconi University and AIFI. The event intends to value the M&A operations according to the idea of finance for development in order to attract foreign investors that believe in the potential of Italian companies.
The operations were selected by the jury taking into account the three following categories: Italy/Italy; Italy/Foreign Country; Foreign Country/Italy.

The acquisition of System (today System Ceramics) by Coesia was awarded in the Italy/Italy category, as an example of M&A operation for product diversification and acquisition of know-how in terms of technological innovation.
