Creavision is the viewing and self-regulating system that makes it possible to control the position of the tile on the belt, at the entrance of the digital printer, to allow the correct repositioning of the graphic image on the substrate to be printed.
Creavison’s sophisticated cameras reveal the exact position of the tile, according to the x; y; α (angle) parameters, and analyze and transmit the data to the Creadigit printer which, in real time, performs a “roto-translation” of the design on the tile before printing.
The perfect precision and centering of the design combined with a cleaner result without smudging on the belt, lead to a saving of ink and reduced rejected material.
Creavision can be implemented on every digital application module (glazes/ color effects, material effects). Variable distance of the machine from the applications for perfect control of the drying time.
- X direction (at right-angle to direction of movement): 20 points/mm (1 pixel = 0.5 microns)
- Y direction (parallel to the direction of movement): 40 points/mm (1 pixel = 0.25 microns)
SHIFTING TOLERANCE (compared to the ideal condition of the tile perfectly centered and not rotated):
- Translational tolerance: ± 25 mm
- Rotational tolerance: ± 5°
Creavison can process up to 50 m/min with all the Creadigit printing modalities (random on sheets or faces) with performances depending on the size of the image to be rotated.
